This is a beautiful room with lots of sunlight and in a charming house in a great neighborhood. It has a very large and modern kitchen, a deck with garden potential, a laundry room with hook ups, and friendly neighbors.

About me: I am a working g professional (teacher) and often out of the house. I enjoy a quiet and peaceful living space and love to practice yoga and meditation. I do not watch much TV. I love to cook and laugh and am generally easy going.

I have a son, Sage, who is a kind and gentle soul. He?s generally pretty mellow and easy going. He goes to school and is with me 50% of the time.

About you:
I am open to couples, students, commuters, or anyone who is respectful, and easy-going. Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow pets. Ideally you are similar to me, in that you enjoy connecting with people, and do not need to watch too much TV. Hopefully you enjoy engaging with children, and appreciate a child?s sense of wonder. Most importantly, you are communicative and open.

The place is 5 minutes from BART and a great location for commuters. I am happy to show the place to anyone interested.
