This is a sunny spacious room with a HUGE walk in closet with a skylight. A previous tenant actually used the closet as their bedroom. The bathroom is shared with the other upstairs tenant, but she is rarely home. The room is in a victorian house. There is a small kitchen with a dishwasher and skylight, a dining room with a walk in pantry, a quirky back porch area with string lights, and a living room.

V: 30s(M) PA student who likes nightlife and some card/video games
T: 20s(M) professional who is learning bass and likes to cook and listen to NPR
L: 20s(F) professional who is almost never home

The location:
Within walking distance of several bars, you can enjoy Oakland nightlife and walk home. It is also right next to Chinatown and a 5 minute drive from Lake Merrit.

You:
This room is perfect for someone who likes to have plenty of space to themselves. We tend to spend most of our time in our rooms and everyone is really laid-back. It almost feels like you have your own place.
