Downtown OAK Room for rent starting January

We have a single room in our downtown Oakland apartment available starting in January. The room has a spacious closet and can fit up to a queen size bed easily (deposit required). We would also be open to making the room a double for a couple, however the room isn't huge. We are a queer femme household that's smoking and pet friendly, and we would like to find someone similar.
