Architect Seeks Roomate

I am an Architect working in San Francisco, and have a 5-year-old who will stay with me part-time (sharing my room) and a cat named Penny would share the house. We are very quiet, clean and respectful and are looking for the same in a roommate. You would have your own room unfurnished room with attached bonus sun-room and closet. The house is fully furnished with living room, kitchen table, and all the kitchen appliances. We would share a bathroom and you will have kitchen privileges. Washer and dryer shared with the neighboring unit. The home is a 2 story, brown shingle, duplex that was built in the 1920's. Walking distance to Elmwood, Claremont, E-Bus line to San Francisco. Just a short 5 minute bike ride to campus or Rockridge BART.. Rent is listed at $1700 per month including utilities and will be due at the first of the month. Would be willing to negotiate with a "Super Commuter" looking to rent the room for just the weekdays. Similar to Airbnb, arrive Sunday or Monday evening, depart Thursday or Friday Morning.
