Quite Room In Emeryville

This place is amazingly priced and located in a nice little get away within the city. I love two things about this place.
1. Is that it is just 4-10 minutes away from great places to eat in Berkeley, Downtown Oakland and only 20 minutes away from SF. I can go wherever I want and come back home to a relaxed resting place
2. There is this amazing, secluded outdoor garden area to host BBQ's, take walks and just sit outside on a nice sunny day. That is, if you don't want to use the outside patio.
There is a unique aspect I really like about this place, and it's the landlords. The spaces here are run by landlords who are really attentive, easy to reach and helpful. Any time I needed an item fixed, or have a question about the living space, they gat back to me in under a week.
3. Does ask for a $1,800 security deposit due before moving in. It's worth the money
4. Recommends that you have 3 months worth of pay stubs to show financial stability before signing lease in June (so be able to provide proof of employment from April 2018 onward).

6. The common area is/will be furnished but you will need to bring your own furniture for your private room/bathroom
