Hello! We have 1 bedroom available immediately for you. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom with another female roomie. Hence we are looking for a girl to occupy the spare room only - sorry guys. The bedroom is unfurnished. Washer/Dryer is short distance walk on the same floor.
$1,500 for each bedroom & ALL utilities (incl. Internet) covered.
The lease is to November 2019 and open for possible extension. Deposit is $1,000
Location: Very convenient! Near the water and in walking distance to Powell Street Plaza, Bay Street Emeryville, and Emeryville Marketplace. If you work around the financial district, it's one bus/one stop from SF Transbay Terminal to Emeryville and from there, it's just another 5-10mins walk to home.
About us: Tom is very laid-back and grew up in Long Beach and came to SF to work few years back. He lived in London for 2 and half years and moved back to SF recently. Majell is a nursing student and drives Uber in her spare time. She has a lovely and friendly dog that generally stays in her room most of the time.
About you: You are a clean, nice, trustworthy, and respectful person. No party and loud gatherings please. No smoking in the apartment.
