Furnished room in Oakland next to Bart

Hey there, I'm renting out a room in a renovated apartment. The room is big, and comes with a 40 inch smart tv. The closet is a good size as well. You have a back door entrance that leads to the kitchen on the right, and your room on the left. To qualify, you do have to have your info (stubbs etc) checked by the management company, that shouldn't be to big of an issue since I am already on the lease. The price also includes utilities!
