Huge single in Emeryville available starting early to mid Feb (move in date flexible!). The apartment is in a great location and is pretty reasonably priced as I've been living here for a few years. The current lease is till mid June with opportunity to renew if you choose!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 upstairs loft, and 2 bathrooms. It has great amenities including: a gym, a large pool, a jacuzzi, grilling areas, gated parking, locked mailroom, locked package storage units, and best of all, in-unit laundry! The apartment also has very high ceilings with large windows that bring in a great deal of natural light to both the common areas and the bedrooms. The room is very large and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed (probably even a king sized bed) and additional furniture. I currently have a large desk, a bookcase, and a coffee table in addition to the bed. The room also has a walk in closet with plenty of storage space.

Currently there are 2 other individuals in the apartment - both male in their mid 20's. Both guys are working professionals and are very considerate and keep the place very clean. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the guys who keeps it very clean. Both of the guys have their own schedules so you would likely rarely run into them unless you planned for otherwise.

The apartment is right by bus stops that shuttle to Bart for free and to regular AC transit stops and is walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, Bay Street, and Public Market, as well as a variety of other cafes/restaurants/bars.

The apartment is cat friendly - there is just a pet deposit and an additional monthly pet rental fee. The apt welcomes service and emotional support animals (dogs included!) with documentation and they would not be subject to the pet deposit nor the pet rent.
