Hello! I am a 32 y/o bisexual single female looking for someone to rent a room and a two bedroom two story townhouse in Emeryville.

I am a self employed nail tech with a small yorkie named Bentley. He is sweet, quiet and sleeps all day.

I am clean, respectful, quiet with no kids. I am originally from Boston but I have been in CA for over 10 years. I love to cook and watch movies when I am not working.

The house includes a nice size kitchen, dining area and living room that is already furnished but you're welcomed to bring things you may have for the downstairs area.

Nice size bedroom with private bathroom, a designated parking spot in garage that is safe is included. There is also plenty of guest in visitor parking in front of the building. I already have Internet set up for streaming services, there is a half bathroom downstairs, washer and dryer included in the apartment dishwasher microwave looking for someone to say six months - a year
