Looking to fill a bedroom in a 2/2 Apt (Male)

I am looking to replace my roommate in late June, someone who can sign a one year lease.
The apartment is fully furnished in the shared spaces and comes with a full set of professional cook ware too. I call it the catalog home, it is a very nice spot. I?m posting a few pictures of the room that you would be taking over.
The room has its own private balcony and you own bathroom. The apartment is a 3 min drive to bart and close to parks and other fun things.
I am an elementary teacher. I don?t smoke or do drugs. I?m very social and like to cook - so bbqs of fun dinners are very common in my house.
