3 large, spacious, private rooms are available for sublease in the Glen View area of Oakland. Looking for two or three people who are mature, employed, responsible, open-minded, and non-cigarette smokers. The place includes two living rooms, pantry, kitchen, three bathrooms, washer/dryer, storage, large backyard, great neighborhood, and a very cool guy who loves Oakland. Application, credit check, and references required. The first and last month’s rent required (security). Utilities are not included and average about $200 per month per tenant.

The current tenant has lived in place 10+ years with the same housemates, who are moving on to create their own home. We are now creating Glen View Mansion 2.0. Open to all types of individuals.
