Private room w/10-15 minute commute to CSEB

Private room available for student attend college in the area. We are a family of 3 with 2 cats who do not have access to the lower level of the home where the room is located. Rent includes basic cable, WiFi, water, garbage, electricity and access to a kitchen and washer & dryer on the 2nd floor. We are open to a student who is quiet, doesn?t smoke or party and respectful of our space.
