1 spacious room for rent in my 2bed 2bath condo w/a large closet. In Hayward off Hwy 92 & ramp, I-880. Only minutes from Chabot College, Southland Mall, Burlington, and restaurants, grocery stores, Hayward PD/Courthouse, and Hayward, Hayward Bart & So. Hayward Bart. This spacious bedroom is next to the hallway bathroom(for you and guest's), bedroom has bed, mattress, table desk, nightstand w/small lamp and a chair, if needed or you may deduct $100 from deposit. We will share the washer/dryer in the unit located in the hallway. There are 2 large patios,1 off of the living/dinning room for all to use, and the other attached to my bedroom. WiFi/cable/home phone w/comcast, & lights are inclusive w/rent. There 2 assigned parking stalls, one in the under building parking garage, and one outside stall. There is a $100 nonrefundable fee 1time remote fee to rent remote if you choose the garage parking, otherwise the outside stall is free. We also have access to the hot tub, pool & a clubhouse to rent for some of your special events(fully furnished). Key & call box entry($50 to add name to call box list) this is a locked building. Central heat, fireplace, large closet in the living room &one on front patio. Fully functional kitchen. I love to cook, so kitchen is stocked of all types of gadgets. NO PETS PER OWNER OF UNIT. Prefer 1 person, 2 max(add $150 to rent if 2). Please keep in mind there are quiet hours starting at $10, so lower voices, music, etc, we don't need any complaints from the HOA for disturbing our neighbors. Guest are fine, but they MUST respect the house rules. There are not many, just be respectful of everyone, flush the toilet and clean the seat, clean up your mess, and if the garbage is full take it out. We have a garbage shoot about 20 ft from the front door. Must have employment or reliable/verifiable income. Credit Check/$30. Available ASAP.
