$620 a month room for rent

Looking for a roommate, preferably a female college student, 18-22. The house is located in Hayward just off of the 880 in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is two stories, has 6 bedrooms and we are looking for our final roommate. Occupants in the house are mainly CSUEB female student-athletes. We are looking for a roommate who is queit, low maintenance, and understanding of our schedules- which involve very early mornings as well as quiet evenings. We maintain a very clean home and would like a roommate who can do the same. The room we have available is a private room in the downstairs portion, big enough for a full-size bed as well as a large closet. The bathroom is shared with two other roommates. Rent does not include utilities. There is plenty of street parking. Currently, our lease is month to month although, we all plan to stay for a year and would like a roommate with the same intentions. The deposit is $615.
