One spacious private room available Hayward Hill

Hello! I'm renting out 1 private bedroom. My unit is located in Hayward Hill, right across the street from CSUEB.

Room rent is $1100 (including all utilities, internet, 1 parking lot) but if 2 people are moving in, there's an additional $100.

*Kitchen and living room are fully furnished.
*The room and the patio are facing beautiful mountain view.
*Both washer and dryer are inside the unit.
*Closet is HUGE (the whole wall is the sliding closet)
*Room used to be shared with 2 people. It fits 2 beds, 2 desks, 1 bedside table and still enough space.
* I do have a non-barking, non-shedding, outdoor potty trained small dog.

The room is available on July 1st and I'm pretty much available for the open house. So please feel free to contact me.

For a similar lifestyle, female 20s-30s are preferred but not limited to.
