Want your own private room and bathroom in Hayward

Hey there! I am the current Tenant in a townhouse at Hayward Highlands and am looking for a Roommate. The spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms has a fully furnished living and dining room, and a fairly well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Washer and dryer in house, too! The room for rent is roughly 12 by 11.5 ft with a large closet. The main bathroom would be your private bathroom as I have my own. There is plenty of space in for storage with closets, pantry and a locked shed outside. Both rooms have access to the private backyard patio
There is plenty of off-Street parking. The beautiful development also offers community pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts.

I am loking for someone who is working or in school and wants a nice place to relax in this quiet neighborhood. Company is always welcome but only 1 person can live here for insurance purposes. I have a friendly Cat. No Tobacco smoking indoors. I will be doing the interviews and giving out the applications, however I would Not be your Landlord, just the friendly/chill roommate.
