Room for rent in Hayward near San Mateo bridge

-The room is a good size about 120 sq ft.
- Apartment complex is near San Mateo bridge
- you must be a single occupant / no couples sorry
-Chabot college is within walking distance (10min)
-There’s a Starbucks / Subway / Mt Mikes within walking distance as well (10min)
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking is allowed in the balcony, vape
Is okay inside.
-Rent includes WiFi and I require you to pay first and last months rent as a deposit.
- We will split other utilities (gas, water, power) however if you work from home full time you will be responsible for paying 60% of the energy bill.
- You must be respectful of my furniture in the common area and you must clean up after yourself and help maintain the common area and kitchen cleaned.
-unit has a dish washer and washer / dryer on-site
-I am open to overnight guests / visitors but don’t make it a daily habit.
-I have photos of the unit which I can send if you’re interested in the room.
