Hello! We are looking for roommates! We would like to rent out two of the bedrooms in the house that share the living space, kitchen and bathroom.

The four bedroom house is located in Laurel District/Redwood heights neighborhood. There is a spacious living room and kitchen, onsite laundry, parking is easily found. One room is furnished with a queen size bed and drawers plus a closet. The other is not. We would love to find people we get along with to move in as soon as possible, please reach out to us if you are interested or have any questions!
About us: We are longtime friends Josh (30) and Melissa (32). We have one small older maltipoo named Sophia and a very sweet pitbull named Louise. Unfortunately since we already have two dogs at the house we cannot allow any other pets.
The house is close in proximity to several hiking trails, commuter/transit access such as Fruitvale Bart station, the 580 fwy , and hwy 13, bus stations nearby, great views, and great food. No smoking please.
