My roommate and I have a room to fill in our house in livermore. Rent is $790 a month (not including utilities). We do have one cat and unfortunately our landlord won?t let us have anymore pets. We don?t smoke but like the occasional drink. Our ideal roommate is someone who pays their rent, does not leave dirty dishes (unfortunately there is no dishwasher), doesn?t listen to loud music or whatever all the time, and someone who doesn?t have overnight guests over EVERY weekend.
