Furnished Bedroom In Livermore

Available October. Furnished room for rent to 1 person ONLY. NO PETS. The room has a twin bed, dresser, closet and desk. The single story home is located near Jack London Drive, very convenient to 84, 580, bus stop, Los Positas CC and downtown Livermore. We are open to rent to either a full-time renter or a commuter (Monday through Friday). Please be clean, responsible, dependable, respectful, non-smoker, no pets (we have one small friendly non-shedding dog), no overnight guests, no parties, no drugs. Street parking is available. We travel for work and have schedules that vary; early some mornings, late some nights, we just ask that everyone is respectful of each others privacy and sleep.
RENT INCLUDES: One fully furnished bedroom (Renter supplies ALL their own bedding and pillows). Shared bathroom with one other tenant (Renter supplies own towels and toiletries, shelf in hall available for some storage). Use of kitchen, fridge/freezer and pantry. Use of indoor washer/dryer (Renter supplies own detergent...). Basic utilities included in rent (utilities, garbage, monthly cleaning and basic cable/internet). Wireless internet and wireless cable service in room. The initial payment would consist of 1st and last month's rent plus a security/cleaning deposit of $300. Security deposit will be refunded if the room is clean and undamaged when you leave. (1900.00 includes 1st, last and deposit)
First month will be prorated, depending on move in date.
