Two bedrooms available, with a shared bath (between three people). Spacious common areas, backyard, garage, and sun-room. The home has an old-timey feel to it. All furniture will be provided in common areas, but if you have items you would like to bring please let us know!
Both rooms are $800 each, and the security deposit is $823 per person. All utilities will be split evenly. No smoking, drugs or random sketchy guests, and no pets (allergies). Family, friends, and overnight guests are welcome. We are looking for individuals that are also young professionals working in the Bay, relaxed and generally quiet during the week..
