The area is great, very safe and quiet. You will be sharing a bathroom with a female and that female roommate is open to sharing a bathroom with a male or female. There is a backyard and garage. You will have one of the hallway closets to yourself along with half of the linen closet. It is a shared living room but the living room is fully furnished.
About the roommates...
There is a male and a female living in the house currently. Both with full time jobs and wake up very early. The female roommate does work weekends. It is preferred for no very loud party but open to friends coming over of course just as long as the other individuals in the house are okay with it. Smoking in the house is not allowed by any means as well as animals are not allowed. Bills are not including in the rent and are split 3 ways between the roommates. Very nice individuals. Both individuals like the house as clean as possible, so washing dishes, sharing the chores around the house is non-negotiable
