Looking for a vegan/vegetarian student or professional to rent out our guest room in a 2 story condo with shared bathroom for weekdays OR weekends only. Female preferred. Rent negotiable depending on the number of days per week. 20 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive to Los Positas College and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Walking distance from downtown, gym, and grocery stores.

Room comes with furnished double bed and desk/workspace. Closet space available. The bedroom is on the top floor. We have only one covered parking spot, but street parking is available nearby.
