Looking for a short-term housemate. If we hit it off, I would be open to a more extended rental situation. Offering a furnished room, private bathroom with shower/tub, beautiful yard, shared den and kitchen/dining room, parking, washer/dryer, and utilities (internet, PG&E, water) are included in the rent. The home is located in Springtown/Livermore. It is clean and quiet and shared with a sweet indoor cat. I am a professional who works from home. It would be ideal if the housemate also works remotely. I am immune compromised, so guests/sleepovers are not allowed. References, good credit, and a background check are mandatory.
