Cozy room in a 3bd 2.5bath, convenient SF transit

11x12 room available in house with fully renovated kitchen with quartz counter tops, washer and dryer in the garage, 2.5 newly renovated bathrooms, and spacious landscaped yard with herbs and Redwoods.

It's a 12 min walk to BART. The Transbay Bus line picks up from around the corner (2 minutes walk door to bus stop), it shoots over the bridge quickly in the carpool lane, and isn't very crowded, way better than sweating like a sardine on BART.

We're both sociable but hardworking, driven and clean. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, who's down to chill with a beer in the yard when the days are warm and throwdown on the bbq, chill listen to music and watch films. Or chill in your room and just be polite and friendly in the communal areas, we don't mind!

We have a house cat and he's not good with other animals, so sorry, no pets (or people with pet allergies). We?re friendly but we don?t want a stoner stuck to the couch and no cigarette smokers please.
