Room for rent, female roommate preferred

Professional looking for a female roommate, I have pets and am happy to consider yours. too. I'd prefer someone who is also a professional and has a healthy work/life balance. All utilities are included; internet, lights, water and garbage.

The apartment is large, bright with plenty of natural light, wood floors and granite counters in kitchen and bath, third floor in the back of the building which is very peaceful and quiet.

MUST like dogs. Due to safety reasons I will request you send over some references as well as a deposit. Please email for viewing, short term rentals are ok.
