Available 8/1/19. 4 co-ed working housemates in 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house. Room is smaller 9.5x10 (Everblock walls) with lots of natural sunlight from two windows. No closet, but does include a large clothing rack. Plenty of storage around the house. (Please let me know if you prefer furnished or unfurnished. I have a good twin XL with frame.) Room can fit a Queen. Washer/Dryer onsite, full kitchen with skylight, gas stove, 2 refrigerators.

Shed in the back of house. Two car driveway and available street parking. Keyless entry and hardwood flooring throughout. Easy access to 580 and 13. 15 minutes to Lake Merritt and Fruitvale Bart. Cheap events within HubHaus community (such as mixers, concerts, hikes, game nights, cayaking trips, etc!) Fenced in concrete yard and garden space. Quiet and pleasant. No pets.

Utilities includes WiFi, Bi-monthly cleaning service, trash, water, and electricity.
