1 furnished bedroom for rent in Newark (Mini Fridge, Desk, Chester, Queen Bed, Night Stand, Oven etc).
We have 1 bedroom for rent in a 2 story house (3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath) located in a gated community Newark. It's a short walk to Starbucks, Subway, local supermarket, and many other shops and restaurants.

Short drive to access 880 or Dumbarton Bridge. Bus access to Union City and Fremont Bart Station.
Rent includes Utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet). The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, side table and has a built-in closet (see pics). You'll be sharing the main bathroom with 1 other person. Shared living room, kitchen, and there is a gym in the garage. Car parking available in the driveway and/or street parking.

Currently there is one couple, and one guy living in the house. We are looking for a single person with good credit (willing to provide proof of employment). No couples or pets.
Room is available for 3-6months to start, with the possibility to extend stay.
