I am renting my furnished Master bedroom and bathroom in my beautiful large home in a nice quiet area. Near bus to Stanford, Facebook, Tesla, VMWare, VA Hospital, SAP, Google, Genentech corporate/public bus routes and BART.

The room has an adjustable Tempurpedic King size bed, lots of closet space, with a nice dresser and nightstands with your own private bathroom and shower.

The house will be open for your use, including a full kitchen, laundry and some storage in the garage. I have hi-speed Wi-Fi a small office you are free to use, a family room with a large TV you are free to use as well as a cozy living room and a nice fully enclosed sunroom. Oh and a small dining room.

The location is just minutes to the Dumbarton Bridge / and 880 and next to open space and walking trails.

I do have a small dog and cat.

I am renting one room to a co-worker who stays Monday ? Wednesday and is only there in the evenings, and he is out the door at 6:00 AM.

I go to my girlfriend?s house 5 nights a week, and take my dog with me. She does stay the night on occasion.

We both are very nice professionals in our mid-50's. I am open to a couple living here, but two people will be an additional $500 a month. All I ask is that you are clean and respectful. You must clean up after yourself.
