Private Room, Shared Bath on 3rd Floor Townhouse

This home is a new 3 story, 4bed/3.5bath home. There are 2 private rooms available. Both have large closets, window(s). The 2 individual rooms will share 1 full bath (sharing with only 1 other adult and there are 4 bathrooms in the property). Single occupancy rooms are roughly 10 x 12, each is $975/mos + utilities(85 +/- per month). Deposit is $900 each. Cleaning rotation of common areas only required, once a month - takes less than 30 minutes because we keep a clean home.

AMENITIES - free street parking, in-unit laundry, utilities will be split evenly (basic cable, WiFi, water, electric
central heat and air, community maintenance, trash and sewer). Each single individual has their own private room. Kitchen and Living room are shared.

NEARBY - lots of grocery options #instacart, gym, restaurants, massage, beauty salons all in walking distance. Park with lake, and a few trails

TRANSPORT - Fremont BART is 3.5 miles away, 8 minute drive. Multiple public transport stops nearby. Oakland Airport -20 mts. San Jose Airport - 16mts. San Francisco Airport - 30mts.

As a house group over the years we enjoy the occasional game nights, escape rooms, going to movies or events in the bay area, getting together for the occasional meal at home or around town, and we enjoy the occasional meal prep together for our work weeks too. Not required, but always fun!
