This home is a new 4bed/3.5bath home. Room has large closet and windows. The private room will share 1 full bath (sharing with only 1 other adult and there are 4 bathrooms in the property). Single occupancy room is roughly 11x13, $975/mos + utilities (85 +/- per month). Deposit is $900. No subletting.

AMENITIES - free street parking, in-home laundry, utilities will be split evenly (basic cable, WiFi, water, electric central heat and air). Each individual adult has their own private room. Kitchen and Living room are shared.
