Rooms in Newark with all amenities

We are a couple working in the fremont area with an indoor only cat. Looking for someone respectful ideally for a 12 month lease. Not included in rent is water/garbage/electricty/gas/internet which would be divided per person. This is a story house with a room on the first and third floor available in June. Each room includes private bathroom, a ceiling fan, central cooling/heat and a walk-in closet. Second floor has a patio, extra half bathroom, spacious living room partially furnished and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Garage has one extra space for a vehicle, or plenty of street parking is available.
