Roommate Wanted!

I have 1 bedroom, ideal for one for rent in a two bedroom duplex with common kitchen, living room and a shared bathroom. This location is on the bus line, close to the Coliseum Bart Station and Mills College. The rent is $1200 w/ Utilities included excluding water. Laundry Room next door and wash/ dryer hookups in home. Dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout and lots of natural light. Available asap or June 1st .

About me: I am 30ish, responsible, respectful, clean but not ocd(no disrespect to anyone who is ocd). I can be fun, bubbly and at times just like my alone time in my room with music/reading. I'm a free spirited and pretty chill. I work a lot but like to chill or have fun in my free time. ( maybe a game night/get together/Bbq every now and then) I?m looking for someone with some of the same qualities and to just have their rent on time.
