Cozy Home In Oakland

Hello,

I am looking for a responsible and chill roommate to take over the 2nd room in the house ASAP
The room is decent size (115'' x 145'') the house is a nice size too, it has all the space needed for 2 people.

My roommate has to move out by the end of November (Or any time between now and then). The house has a new washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen and bathroom are brand new as well. The house has a front patio, a little porch, I use the parking on the driveway, the parking in front of the house will be for you (Always available).

This is a home, in quiet area, neighbors are friendly, and house is perfect size for 2 people. The house is close to bart, the freeway, and other things around. I am looking for the right person to share the space with (Male or Female) if you are on the same page then message me with a quick description of yourself, what you are looking for and any other details.

about me: I am a 32 year old filmmaker, I work in Oakland as well in a small production company. I am out from 7 until 7 most of the time, after that I train, so usually I just sleep there and am there on the weekends. I travel a lot too, weeks at time sometimes. Once in a while people come visit, but mostly during the weekend. I am clean but not OCD about it, but would love to keep the house together as much as possible.

I have a Boxer/Pit mix who is very well trained and very sweet. Looking for a minimum of 3 months, starting on the 1st of December. Send me a description of your self and what you are looking for in the space, include social media as well if possible.
