Private room available in brand new 3BR/2BR townhouse. Great Oakland location with close proximity to Lake Merritt, WholeFoods, downtown and Piedmont. Bathroom is shared. Roommates will split electric, water, gas & WiFi. No cable, but Netflix/HBO covered. Shared laundry room just outside unit (coin op). Small pets allowed with additional deposit.
Rent is $1175/m + $1k deposit. Hoping to get someone by April 1st. Any roommate would not be bound to a length term of the lease, and can move out whenever with 30 days notice.
You are ideally late 20's or 30's, with steady gig you enjoy. I will be living in the 3rd bedroom, and I will hope our lifestyles can jive in some way. Im 35, just moved to the Town last year, work in apparel eCommerce, and play music in the home often (never obnoxiously loud and always at a respectable hour).
Unfortunately shared living is the only way to afford the Bay, so here we are. Picked out a nice spot for us. No couples please. No children. Vegetarians preferred.
