Three bedroom / 1.5 bath light filled Victorian with huge kitchen seeks 3rd housemate!

We are walking distance to downtown on a very quiet street. There?s a huge back yard with lots of potential. Bring your gardening skills!

The bedroom comes with a full sized bed (pictured) is completely furnished and is large (9.5 X 12).
The kitchen is fully stocked. There's a shared living room with a smart tv.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is: friendly in the house and wants to contribute to cooking and cleaning, a direct communicator, ok with the house being quiet after 11pm.

We are white queers in our late 30s and have been close friends for years. We like to have fun but also love being on a schedule. We are easygoing and tidy.

The house comes with two well behaved and well loved hairless cats. Sadly, we can?t take on any additional pets due to allergies.
