We are searching for a female housemate to share our warm home in the hills! We are 3 adults seeking a responsible, easy going, animal loving, friendly, and trustworthy female. Our home is in the hills w/ a view of the bay, a big backyard, parking, and laundry too. The house is on a quiet street. The interior is open with nice light and big rooms. The large, sunny bedroom (12.8" x 12.8") has hard wood floors, built in cabinets and drawers. We have a queen size bed FRAME and a bookshelf if you want to use them. The windows look out to the backyard with flowering trees. We have a hammock and a lot of plants. There is a charming spacious kitchen w/ 50's tile, a new stove, and a big window with views of the bay. The bathroom also has cool vintage tile. We have a dining room and living room with big windows and more views. We recycle and compost everything and care for the environment. The neighborhood is nice and our neighbors are super friendly. We also have 2 adorable cats. Utilities are included, as well as wireless internet. We are all really easy going, clean, quiet, and respectful of one another. Please, no additional pets, or couples. ~ Available July 15th. First months rent and a $500 deposit to move in.
