Private Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment

We're looking for professional females only, to room with two other females in their twenties. The Apartment:
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1426 sq/ft luxury apartment with wood floors, a large kitchen, and high ceilings. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Your bedroom is 10x12 sq/ft and can easily fit a queen-sized bed and a few other small pieces of furniture. The room has a very large window, and gets a wonderful amount of natural light. There is a decent sized closet in the room, but the apartment also has storage spaces available for rent if you need to store any larger items. The living room is furnished and has a large TV with cable.

Lease Term: 6 months minimum
Costs: $1580 rent, not including utilities which ranges between $50-100 depending on the month
