Roommate needed ASAP in a 2.5 bedroom lower unit house. 10min walk to Lake Merritt.

I'm moving out and need someone to take over the lease. Month to month. NOT a 1-year contract.

(The first year I moved here, 2017, it was a yearly contract. Now the landlord is allowing it to continue to be month-to-month with the new tenant that will replace me)

HOUSE:
- A large living room connected with a large kitchen with spacious granite counter-tops, gas stove, garbage disposer, and a fridge. A small office room (the .5 room, photo #12). And a bonus extra storage room (the path to the laundry room and backyard. Super useful space). The house is the lower unit, so you will have one friendly neighbor who lives upstairs.

- Bonus: You can keep the bed (queen) and the dresser (4 big drawers) in the room, if you choose to.

- 2.5 bedrooms + extra storage
- 1 bathroom to share
- Washer and dryer in the house (no coins needed)
- Big backyard with bbq, table and chairs

FINAL RENT: $1,355 + bills

DEPOSIT: $1,212 (half of the monthly rent back in 2017. The roommate paid the other half)

Rent is paid every month directly to the landlord Dong Ngo.
