I am looking to sublease 1 room in my 3 bedroom apartment.
-1 Huge room ( has 2 Huge mirrored sliding closet doors)
-Outdoor balcony area ( not shown in pictures)
- Kitchen ( has plenty of counters and cupboard storages, if needed we would share fridge)
-Long hallways and really High ceilings
-1 1/2 bathrooms ( 1 bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet)(1 bathroom has only a toilet)

RENT: $1,250 monthly + utilities
DEPOSIT: $800

I am a 21-year-old and my partner is a 25-year-old. We both are pretty outgoing people. We both are college students. So another student male or female or partners. But we are also very open-minded, so shoot me a text if in doubt.
