Amazing house! Looking for two or three people who are mature, employed, responsible, open-minded, and non-cigarette smokers. The place includes two living rooms, pantry, kitchen, three bathrooms, washer/dryer, storage, large backyard, great neighborhood, and a very cool guy who loves Oakland. The current tenant has lived in the place for more than 10 years with the same housemates, who are moving on to create their own home. He is now creating "Glen View Mansion 2.0. " Open to all types of great individuals, including POC and LGBTQ+ individuals. Our goal is to create a loving, supportive, community that reflects Oakland’s diversity, creativity, and culture.
