Roome for Rent in Charming House

Summer sublet in quirky Piedmont home available May 18! The place is two rooms and a half bathroom for $1100, or $700 for the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom is spacious, gets great light and a nice breeze on hot days :) I would take my knickknacks and books with me but would like to leave behind all furniture.

This is a wonderful space in a beautiful area. Perks: plenty of street parking (plus pre-paid parking permit), walking distance from shops and restaurants (if they reopen this summer :P) as well as the rose garden and Mountain View Cemetery, relaxing front yard with hammock and swing. The house is also very old and comes with its share of quirks, which I can explain if you're interested. Nothing that makes it unlivable!

Wifi and g&e are not included. We also split the cost of a monthly cleaning service, though not sure when that will resume bc of the shelter in place. I have 2 roommates who live downstairs, where there's also a shared kitchen, living room, and full bathroom.
