Safe and quiet area; honestly, here you are paying for the location value more than anything else. We have everything within walking distance in a safe area with free street parking. Coin-operated laundry and dryer machine on-premises. No smoking inside the house and no pets; I do have a dog that stays in my area only and is not allowed into the common areas. The shared spaces are the kitchen and bathroom. This room has a brand new carpet just installed for you to move in and was painted last week. 6 months contract.
