We are looking for roommates! We would like to rent out a few of the open bedrooms in the house on a month to month basis. The four bedroom house is located in the Redwood Heights neighborhood of the Oakland Hills. We have two bedrooms available, one smaller and one larger with rent ranging from $1000-1500 (month to month). It is a two story craftsman house featuring sun decks with views of the San Francisco Bay. There are spacious living and dining rooms with redwood woodwork, a large fenced in private garden, lush patio, hot tub deck, sauna and fireplace. There are three full bathrooms. The sauna is attached to the master bath which also has a full length claw foot bathtub. Onsite laundry.

Rooms

1600$- The Master Bedroom
The entire room is made of redwood, floors, walls and ceiling, it has a large greenhouse window and door to the master bathroom. The Master bedroom is painted flat white

1000$ Upstairs Bedroom
The room has oak floors and one wall is made of windows, it has a closet. Flat White

800$ The Office
Small room with oak floors lots of books and one window. The office is painted gloss black.

We are a couple in our 30s with a dog who is a pit bull mix. Although we love cats, we can't have any cats at the house and preferably no other dogs either. Sorry!
The house is in close proximity to several regional parks with great views and hiking trails.
