We are two super close friends who live in Rockridge and work full time in SF. We are looking for a third roommate to join. The property is a house with living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard - all fully furnished. The room available is spacious, bright and does not share a wall with any others - it is also furnished. Our home is located less than a block from the Main Street and less than a 10 minute walk from Bart/5 minute walk from the AC Transit bus stop. We are both social and like to hang out together and are looking for someone who likes their space but also can get along. Our neighborhood is quiet so we tend to respect that.
