Hello,
I moved here in June with a friend and she wishes to move in with her boyfriend so the room is opening up. The room is for one person only, however occasional guests are OK. This is NOT a party house though, so happy and healthy people only need apply. I rarely drink but am by-no-means a humorless or dry personality. Also very friendly and clean. Expect the same in return.
House has Wifi and internet hard-lines to every room, fast internet, cable, HBO, washer/dryer, remodeled kitchen and bath, new windows, a back yard that I've already begun gardening in, hardwood floors, etc.
Great neighborhood 1 mile from BART and 2 miles from Lake Chabot. I work in SF and the commute for me is 40 minutes door-to-door.
I am allergic to cats but might consider a small dog if it is the right fit.
