The Room is 10' x 13', pre-furnished with full size futon sofa bed, dresser, desk and chair. The shared space includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, backyard, front porch and plenty of street parking.
Transportation is Awesome! To UC Berkeley, San Francisco, downtown Oakland, and many other parts of the Bay Area it is easy and convenient.
Who we are looking for someone who:
**Is independent
**Does not smoke or do drugs of any kind.
**Respect our space and is fairly quiet; drama free
**Works and/or goes to school full time
**Responsible and pays rent on time with reliable income
**Clean up after themselves
