Free use to grow whatever you wish. Private room in a very chill quiet home. No loud parties or excess noise. You would be the 3rd person. Current tenants British and French both work flexibly. A dog lives here, barks at door otherwise very quiet (she's our alarm). Another animal would be welcome of course would have to meet and assess each situation.
