Large, Sunny Room with Balcony Available in Spacio

We have a room becoming available in our 5 bedroom house that is furnished if you'd like, but can also be cleared. It will be available starting November 1st for 3-4 months with potential to move into a longer agreement.

About the room:
My bedroom has a wrap-around shared balcony and shares a bathroom with two other housemates. The room is vibrant and large (15' by 12'), gets a lot of sunlight and has a queen sized bed.

Some highlights about the house:
The space is really well plotted for happy housemate interactions. Downstairs has all of the common areas including:
~Washer and Dryer!
~Half bathroom
~Large kitchen with lots of counter space and a DISHWASHER! Plus 2 large fridges, fully equipped to handle 6
housemates.
~Two large living rooms, one with a huge HDTV that has all of the great amenities (HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Prime)
~A bar with all of the necessary tools and spirits!
~Ten minute walk to Ashby Bart and equidistant from both Berkeley Bowls!

Upstairs has all of the bedrooms, with two of the rooms having their own bathroom (the master has a couple living there). The other bathroom is shared by three people, with additional storage outside of it.

Now some info about the housemates! We are all in our late 20s-30s, and maintain a healthy balance of professional life, various extracurriculars and shenanigans. We value clear communication and emotional intelligence.

Being as we have 6 people in the same house, we are being as cautious as we can about Covid and rotate being tested on a regular basis.

Included in rent are some communal amenities (such as toilet paper, paper towels, olive oil, butter, etc.).

Utilities (PGandE, Internet) come to $60 per month and we have housecleaners that come biweekly (respecting Covid, of course), making utilities and cleaning come to $100 per person.

About you:
You are a cool, fun, multi-faceted individual who enjoys the company of others. The house is big enough to where you never feel too on top of each other but we have a good energy going and would like someone who can appreciate and add to that.
