The room is bright, carpeted, windows look down on the street in this split level house. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove in eat in kitchen, laundry on site, large yard, deck, dog ok!
The neighborhood is pleasant with nice gardens and houses, and cafe and restaurants nearby. It is not walkable to Bart but there are bus's nearby and the area is convenient and flat for biking if you don't have a car..

The living room is being used as an art studio, with medium and large sized water based oil painting going on. ? but shared use in the evening and afternoon.
I am looking for someone clean, considerate, non smoker, no 420, light drinking
